Please help BSAP provide financial assistance for college or workforce development programs to very low-income economically disadvantaged graduating high school students and adults who live in subsidized housing in Montgomery County, MD.
Since 1996, BSAP has provided 814 scholarship awards to hard-working determined low-income students.
98% of BSAP awardees have completed a college degree or certification or are continuing toward their higher educational goals. We are changing lives and future generations and making a difference in our communities.
